Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

Memberships can be cancelled anytime via your NES™ account or by written request. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, and NES™ does not prorate partial months.

Members may request one pause per 12 months; benefits are inactive during a pause.
