Refund policy

We want you to love your experience with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on most items.

For a return, your item must be securely in the original or similar packaging, if possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@nesaz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@nesaz.com.
